AGM & BUFFET

The Committee thank each and every one of you who attended the Unmounted Franklin Method Clinic with Nicky Clarke, to Charis Howard & Laura Wright for being the 'dummy riders' Franklin Mounted Riders and their wonderful 'mounts' Domino and Spice.  We all enjoyed such a fantastic evening, great food, wonderfully enthusiastic atmosphere with many 'feel good' factors for the year past and the year ahead.

 

The Club were delighted to welcome Graham Thomas from the Hampshire & IOW Air Ambulance who gave up his evening, coming out in horrendous weather, to talk to us about their work and amazing facilities contained within an 'air ambulance' which offer greater chances of survival in the most critical of cases and most inaccessible of locations.  WRC 's Chairman, Mary Cripps, proudly presented Graham with a cheque for £890 as our charity of the year, 2019.

We, as a Club and Committee, remain appreciative of the facilities we call 'home', the unrivalled support from David Sheerin, Wellington's General Manager and everyone's favourite, Mandy Chaffin, Wellington's Chief Instructor.
