Cancellation Policy

Clinic bookings may only be transferred subject to Ts&Cs: there must be 7 days prior to the clinic date. If less than 7 days notice, contact us on info@wellington-rc.co.uk as we may be holding a waiting list. Alternatively, sell your space to another fully paid WRC Member. Any replacement rider details MUST be advised to info@wellington-rc.co.uk 24 hours before the clinic time. Only 1 transfer will be permitted per clinic booking. All transfers must be taken by year end, 31st December.
