Arena Eventing Results from Cherwell

Super Sunny day out at Cherwell Competition Centre for the Area 6 Arena Eventing Qualifier. It was a really well run event with a huge effort from the organisers to ensure everyone could compete safely but still have a fun day out.
Some great rounds from all of our riders around a very testing course resulted in super results across all of the classes.
In the 100cm Libby Mead finished in an excellent 4th Place.
The 90cm Senior Senior team (Cassilda Courtier Dutton, Aimee Slimin, Abi Cottingham and Erin Marsh) WON and subject to confirmation will qualify for the National Championships to be held in March 2021. Also Individual placings for Cassilda (2nd) Aimee (6th) Erin (8th) Abi (11th) and our Individual rider in the class Georgette Green Finished in 10th
Our junior team (Zahra Eisa, Bethany Bennet, Jak Loving and Connor Kinrade) were pipped into 2nd place but there were individual placings for Zahra (3rd) Jak(6th) and Bethany (8th)
The two 80 teams were well placed in strong class Welly Gold (Angela Mead, Izzy Barker, Paula Best and Kathy Loweth) in 4th and Welly Burgundy (Jo White, Amy dale, Natalie Weston, Lucy Kinnear) in 5th with Individual 3rd for Izzy, 4th for Angela and Amy 9th.
We had 2 individual riders in the 70cm with Rachel Lewis finishing 9th in a very big class and Aimee Slimin jumping clear in an HC round on Tracey Culley's Puzzle
Also a very big thank you to everyone who volunteered today - your help was very much appreciated.
