HOW MUCH DO THE CLINICS COST?
Our clinics cost £31.50, are of 60 minutes duration with a maximum of 6 riders. WRC never cancel a clinic due to low numbers or increase the clinic cost if not fully booked.
WHO ARE WRC'S COACHES?
Our coaches are all BHS accredited. For more information about them click here. As our coaches compete in BE & BD very occasionally there may be a last minute change of coach.
HOW DO I BOOK IN?
From the 1st of March 2020 All Training Clinics are booked via ECPro. Please refer your WRC Members' Welcome Pack for details or visit www.wellington-riding.co.uk scrolling down to On Line Booking System follow the step by step guide on how to register an account. You can register your horse's passport details, vaccination renewals etc. all of which make attending a clinic easier as it negates the requirement of presenting your horse's passport to the Reception prior to clinic attendance. Clinics remain open to book up to 14 hours before clinic time.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Clinic bookings may be cancelled 72 hours prior to the clinic date, after that time no transfer or refunds will be allowed. All cancellation must be taken before the year end, 31st December. Your 'cancellation' will appear as a 'token' on your ECPro account. When you next book a clinic you can 'use' your token to pay.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
We require all riders to wear a riding hat conforming to current BRC standards at all times when mounted. The hat standards changed in 2016 and a summary can be found here. For Cross Country and Jump X we require riders to wear a body protector complying to current BRC regulations.
WHERE ARE THE CLINICS?
All our clinics are held at held at our 'home'
Wellington Riding Centre, Heckfield, Hampshire
Highfield Farm, Church Lane, Heckfield, Hook,
Wellington Riding Centre is one of the UK's leading equestrian centres.
WHAT IS THE EQUINE FLU POLICY?
*Flu vaccination boosters every 12 months.
** PASSPORT CHECKS FOR ALL VISITING HORSES - WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT **
Do not unload your horse until your horse's passport has been checked.
Upon arrival, please take our passport to the Reception on the 1st floor of the Clubhouse unless your horse's details are registered on your ECPro Account.
In light of the above, if your horse hasn't been included on the ECPro account, please allow a little longer when attending Clinics. The Reception may become busy but we know our members will fully understand and comply with these necessary safety measures. Remember you can register multiply horses (if you are that lucky) on your ECPro account.
