2025 - Wellington Riding Club is 10 years old!!​​
Join us in celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Wellington Riding Club! Over the past decade, we've built a vibrant community of equestrian enthusiasts, and we couldn't have done it without you. Let's honour our shared passion for riding and the friendships we've formed along the way. Here's to many more years of adventure and camaraderie!

As well as a full schedule of clinics held at Wellington Riding (see the clinics page), BRC training videos can be found on the BRC YouTube Channel, covering a number of different disciplines, including cross-country, show jumping, dressage to music, style jumping and riding tests, featuring a number of top riders.

Hickstead British Riding Club Team Jumping

The Riding Club team competition being held again this year at Hickstead International Horse Show on Sunday 27th July starting 8.00am.
THE BRITISH HORSE SOCIETY BRITISH RIDING CLUBS TEAM JUMPING CHAMPIONSHIP A Show Jumping Competition for teams of three riders; open to members of a British Riding Club which is affiliated to the British Horse Society - teams may include two junior members if desired. Riders do not have to be members of British Showjumping but must be members of an affiliated Riding Club AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
Horses to be 14.0hh and over.
Teams to be made up of one novice horse (not to have won more than 75 BS points); one intermediate horse (not to have won more than 500 BS points); one open horse (no points limit). Points in each section to be correct at time of entry. No riders and no horses may compete in more than one team. All competitors must have their hats tagged with a BRC, PC or BE pink hat tag in order to compete. This service will be available on the day. Please allow plenty of time!
Novice horses to jump 75cms; intermediate horses to jump 85cms; open horses to jump 95cms. All riders scores to count.
In the event of elimination of one team member, 50 faults to be added, the remainder of the team to carry on. Competition under Table A4. One round against the clock - competitors placed on faults and time. The team with the least number of combined faults and the fastest combined time will be the winner - there will be no jump-off. Competitors must declare at the Show Office either in person or by telephone (01273 834315) on Saturday 26th July between 11.30 and 14.30 hours. regrettably, as this is a team competition, no individual riders will be allowed to ride hors concours.
ALLOCATION OF PASSES Each Riding Club team will receive six wristbands for access to the Stable Field and Showground, and two Horsebox passes. Extra horsebox passes will be charged at £50 each.
ENTRY FEE INC FIRST AID: £99 per team PRIZES: £405, £255, £210, £150, £105, £75 (Rosettes to 10th place) The Committee wishes to express its thanks to The British Horse Society for generously sponsoring this Championship.
