Service Description
Set up for sellers from 6pm. Entrance for buyers is from 7pm until 9pm. Large Pitch size is approximately 7m x 3m - space to leave vehicle on your pitch during sale. Please bring your own chairs & table and/or clothes rails. Please note, unlike with previous Tack Sales the Wellington Riding Cafe will not be open. However we will have a small selection of snacks and drinks for sale on a pitch.
Cancellation Policy
Clinic bookings may only be transferred subject to Ts&Cs: there must be 7 days prior to the clinic date. If less than 7 days notice, contact us on info@wellington-rc.co.uk as we may be holding a waiting list. Alternatively, sell your space to another fully paid WRC Member. Any replacement rider details MUST be advised to info@wellington-rc.co.uk 24 hours before the clinic time. Only 1 transfer will be permitted per clinic booking. All transfers must be taken by year end, 31st December.
