Cancellation Policy
Wellington Riding Club – Tack Sale Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Fees All table/space bookings for the tack sale require payment of a non‑refundable booking fee at the time of reservation. 2. Cancellations by Sellers If a seller wishes to cancel their booking, the booking fee will not be refunded under normal circumstances. 3. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds of booking fees may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and must be approved by the Wellington Riding Club Committee. Decisions made by the Committee are final. 4. Event Cancellation by Wellington Riding Club If the tack sale is cancelled by Wellington Riding Club (e.g., due to weather, venue issues, or any unforeseen circumstances), the Club will either: offer a full refund of booking fees, or transfer the booking to a rearranged date, if applicable. 5. Substitutions If a booked seller can no longer attend, they may request to transfer their space to another seller. This must be agreed in advance by the event organisers.
